30 Uses for 3x5 Index Cards

Have you discovered how these little 3x5 Index Cards can help bring order and a feeling of control into your life?

By writing down your list of goals, things to do and outlining a plan on a card, you may get a sense that that your projects are manageable after all. As you check off completed items on your To Do list, close your eyes for a second, take a deep breath, and give yourself a pat on the back to celebrate your accomplishment no matter how small! Soon you will have a smaller list.

Besides To Do lists, here are some other uses for Index Cards:

Shopping Lists: Groceries, Back-to-School Supplies etc.
Birthdays to Remember
Personal Mission Statement
Goals: Business/Personal and Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly

Notes on the Door for Delivery Person

I tried to make a paper airplane out of one but it was too nose-heavy and only went a couple of feet away then did a nose-dive. So I can't add 'paper airplane' to my list.

Don't forget you can colour code your projects and keep some blank Index Cards handy in the car,in your handbag, briefcase, on your desk etc. You'll never know when you'll need one!

In case you have large handwriting and find this size of index card too small, you can try the larger 4x6 card size.

This is the second article I have done on index cards. To read the first one, follow the link the Resource Box below.
